To get alerts from NFT OnChained on Telegram, do the following:

1 - Create a new Telegram group and add “NFT OnChained Bot” and “RawDataBot” to it. Make sure it is this RawDataBot account: https://t.me/raw_data_bot (Can search for raw_data_bot). This is the official Icy Alerts Bot: https://t.me/nft_onchained_bot

2 - Copy the group id from the message that Raw Data Bot gives. If a group ID is not provided, then its possible you might have added the wrong Raw Data Bot

3 - Enter this id where the Create Alert modal asks for your telegram chat id. This should include the — if its included (i.e -717004646 for the group ID mentioned above)
